We respect and are committed to protecting our clients' privacy and security of the data we have to collect for service execution. In short, HTMLcut's Privacy Policy is:

• Never give away, loan, rent or sell the customers' contact, order and project information to any third-party person or company;
• Never spam;
• Reasonable and appropriate protection measures against hacking, data theft and loss, and viruses.

Categories of Information We Collect

To provide you with the best service, we need to collect

• Your name - you may use a nickname or pseudonym;
• Your email address - otherwise we can't discuss your order;
• Source files (images, fonts, existing markup source code, if any);
• Order-specific information (markup options, etc);
• Your notes and comments regarding your PSD-to-HTML/CSS order.

That information is only gathered through the "Order form" or "Request form" placed on the pages of the HTMLcut.com website. In all cases you give this information voluntarily.

How We Use Your Information

HTMLcut's general policy is that we will only use your contact, order and project information for the performance of the services (i.e. only for the internal operational purposes).

No Spam

We hate SPAM. We completely conform to the Internet etiquette and anti-spam rules.

No Shared Information

We never give away, loan, rent or sell your contact, order and project information to any third-party person or company in any form.

IP Rights and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Our service is to help you to convert your design into a HTML/XHTML/CSS markup. That means that all intellectual and other rights on your design(s) and image(s), as well as the markup(s) developed by HTMLcut, belong to you and only to you.

We will NOT use your design(s) / image(s) in any other project. We will NOT sell or give your design(s) and/or image(s) to any other persons or companies. Non-Disclosure Agreement can be signed to provide the requisite legal background for your confidentiality, informational security, and IP rights protection.

How to Modify, Update or Delete Information

If necessary, we can modify and/or update your information upon your request.

Data Security Measures

We have adopted reasonable and appropriate security measures (physical, software-based, and administrative procedures) to protect your contact, order and project information. Our dedicated web-server is safeguarded by special software systems against unauthorized access and viruses. The database is protected against SQL injections and other known similar attacks and hacking actions.

Collection of Anonymous, Passive Information

Your browser automatically transmits to the HTMLcut web-server such information as the URL of the website you used to connect to HTMLcut's website, the IP (Internet Protocol) address, and the type of browser. On the other hand, the HTMLcut's web-server automatically records some navigational data (log files, clickstream data, web-server logs).

NONE of this information is used by HTMLcut to identify you or for any other similar purpose.

Cookies, Web Beacons

We do NOT use cookies or gather information from cookies on your computer for any purpose. We do NOT use Web Beacons (also known as "Internet tags", invisible GIFs, clear GIFs) to track and/or record your actions on HTMLcut website.

Google Analytics

We have Google's script installed which collects technical information similar to described above. It is only used to analyse the general website statistics by means of the Google Analytics tools by Google, Inc. We use Google Analytics service because it is one of the most safe and trustworthy analytical tools on the Internet. That statistics is used solely for website management and improvement of our website content.

Links to Other Websites

HTMLcut website contains links to other companies' websites. These companies have their own privacy policies. HTMLcut is NOT responsible for any information you provide to any other company or HTMLcut's partner even if you link to them from the HTMLcut website.

Privacy Policy Modification

HTMLcut reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. E.g., Privacy Policy can be changed as a result of appearance of new or modification of existing cyber-threats and necessity to protect our customers' information against them.
